Queenagers!
As I type this and wait for the video to load, I’m waiting for a storm to hit. They’ve promised strong winds and lots of rain so I’ve battered down the hatches (closed all the zips and reinforced with extra pegs). Tent life (and it’s glamping!) means you have a closer relationship with nature so wind and rain take on new meanings.
I have two points in my video this week. One is a question: are you allowing time and space for the ebb and flow of your energy?
Why am I asking? Because I felt incredibly tired today, after a few cracker days with lots of energy. I allow myself space when I feel like this—to rest and recover, to connect with my creativity, and even to chill out. Hopefully it’s something you do too.
The other thing is about creative practice. I know many of you are flucking flourishing by tapping into your creativity in whatever shape and form that may take. And you get a sneak peak at my doodle / sketchbook.
And that’s it!
I wish you a flucking amazing weekend. Fingers crossed our tent survives the storm ☔️
Ta-ta!
Books I’ve recently absorbed:

Current read: The Silence Factory by Bridget Collins
Who the fluck is Lisa?
A Queenager with a flair for breaking patterns. A sass-monster. A Fairy Queenager. I am not here to play small—or quiet. I help women peel back the noise, unhook from the shoulds, and rewire their lives for pleasure, power and profound purpose.
I live what I teache: that healing is rhythmic, joy is revolutionary, and ageing is an upgrade, not a decline. Whether I’m sending out Fluck Yeah Fridays with a pint of sparkling water and a mic drop, or reminding you that you can only control yourself, I am your soul-sister-slash-catalyst—helping you remember who the fluck you really are.
Book a chat. Do it. You know you want to!
