Queenagers,
Greetings from a slightly warmer Finland, where I’ve been enjoying sauna life and a dip in the sea (yes, it’s the sea not a lake despite appearances!).
I want to hear what’s been lighting you up this week (for me it’s seeing my dad who has flown in from Australia).
I also want to hear if you’re wanting an accountability partner in getting moving more often. “A short walks is better than no walk” is my new motto, so I’m taking multiple shorter walks during the day instead of intending to go for a long walk and never doing it.
And finally, last but definitely not least — if you become a paid member of Flucking Flourishing, you’ll get access to my newest course, The Queenager’s Calm (Because Rest is Resistance).
Starting June 7, we’ll spend six weeks together creating space, breathing deeper, remembering what matters, and reconnecting with your own rhythm.
It’s gentle. It’s grounding. And it’s designed for midlife humans who are ready to rest without guilt and live with more ease.
If that sounds like a full-bodied yes, now’s the time to upgrade!
And if you’re already a paid member? You’re in. I’ll be in touch soon with everything you need to know.
