Weirdly I really enjoyed talking to the assessor of my son for adult autism, she was just so affirming. And obviously had enjoyed talking to my son and liked him, and that’s always loving to hear.
I do envy you a Nordic water front location. 36degree heat in Lisbon means I am hiding in my flat, no chance of me of going out the house between 8am and 7pm.

I had a mixed week with leaks and power outages and rather sad news from my uncle, but also I enjoyed spending time with mum and I attended a really good networking event on Tuesday which made me feel my business could do well after all. Have new clients meetings booked in and feel much more positive.
Wednesday night the grief monster hit, but last night I was planning and contacting people (a lady who does some kind of sound wave therapy and a lady who runs a little women’s gym around the corner) and making positive steps to help myself flucking flourish!
I’ll be across in Norway for midsummer :). Thank you for the offer though - I would like to come visit sometime.
For now I’ve managed to sign up to an intensive (and somewhat pricey) 6 week course at the gym place - it’s not a gym, it’s personal training! But I need it to kick start me in so many ways. 💪🏻
